I am a 2 x orthodontic patient of Dr. Utley. Dr. Utley and his team are very professional, courteous and personable. Since I did not keep my retainer in as Dr. Utley instructed, I had to go through the process again (I was very bad). My second time around , the service from his team has not diminished. They greet me by name, they ask about my daughter and have been very accommodating when my work life gets demanding and I need to reschedule. The office is immaculate! The decor looks like it came right off the pages of a high end magazine. Jessica and Patti are the first faces you see when you come into the office and they are always smiling. The office is never crowded. I have never been made to wait longer than 5 - 7 minutes before I am called back. His ortho team gets you in, preps you and Dr. Utley comes in, checks your progress, makes adjustments to your appliances and off you go. I have highly recommended Dr. Utley to anyone that asked about my braces (I opted for the clear ceramic brackets) and will continue to do so. Dr. Utley and his team will take excellent care of you and your family.
