  I can't say enough good things about Iron Tribe East Memphis. In the past, I have never been big on group workouts; I just always did my own program at home. Actually, I was pretty intimidated to start because I thought I would not be able to keep up. Having been at Iron Tribe for 14 months now, I can honestly say it is the best thing I have ever done for my fitness and health. The classes are challenging and provide amazing accountability. Being able to attend a 45 minute class and get a thorough, well thought-out workout led by 2 qualified coaches is an incredible value to me. The coaches are knowledgeable, both about strength and conditioning, as well as nutrition, and I feel like they truly care about my progress. Also, it is really rewarding forming relationships with other members of the tribe, knowing we are working toward the common goal of improving ourselves. Iron Tribe goes above and beyond being just a gym.
