  I took my first Bikram Yoga class at this studio 3 years ago and have been consistently practicing for a year and a half now- consistently meaning 3-4 x's a week.
  It is by far the most challenging work out that I have ever experienced and also the most rewarding. When I started out, I really had to focus on the mental aspect of it the first few classes. So at first I was constantly telling myself "I'm hot" "I need to get out of this hot room!" "I can't do this", but then once I started telling myself positive things like "I can do this" "I'm okay" "I'm dong the best I can", my whole outlook changed and I was able to focus on the physical work out.
  It is tough, but once you start integrating it into your life, you will feel amazing! My skin looks great, I lost (and kept off) 10 lbs after doing it for 6 months and I rarely get sick anymore (which is hard to do when working with young children), and I have a lot more stamina when doing other physical activities.
  You may think it's not for you, but you won't know until you try!
